Superman has exceeded light speed within the first 5ft. Fallen hasn't ever. Thus Superman is faster.
Thanos can't attack behind his shields. Otherwise his shields wouldn't be up. When has Thanos did the impossible and attacked while his shields are up? Superman can avoid a forceblock blast with ease.
