There are a lot of instances of him tanking blunt trauma to the head and not even being koed, let alone have a hole put in his head.

It was a bus. And a one time thing really. Deadpool's been hit by Colossus, Thing, Sasquatch, Moonstone, was standing there and willingly taking dozen punches from non-holding back Spider-man and was hit by Hulk (when his HF wasn't working) and his skull never cracked. I dont see Lady Shiva doing it, no way. Not that he's gonna give her the chance to get to the finishing move. CIS off ofcourse. CIS on is a whole diferent story.
