Rex is beyond any of that. What if he turns into adamantium spikes and lunges at her from all directions? what is she going to manipulate to save herself?

Rex is basically a lower version of Captain atom; fire, water, air, earth... none of that can put him down. He'd nullify anything she could throw at him and create things (gases) that would easily kill her.

With that, Rex is limited to utilize his abilities or pretty much half of it.
There also Geo-force, who can manipulate Earth, so can Crystal, but its debatable who has better control.

About Rex again, Susan Storm can contain him.

Batman himself can take out Thing. 🤣 Rest of Outsider doesn't seem to impressive...

Halo is. She's like a light GL, light, Susan combine wiht some blasting powers too.
Susan would probably ko'd from some gas rex turned into. Also, Geo Force controls, gravity, earth, fire, and has near Superman level Strength. Crystal can't beat him.

Sue can contain Rex, but he's hard to put down and if someone can take her down he'd be back in the fight.

Halo's got a lot of power, if not exactly great at using it.

Geo-Force strikes me as having a lot high raw power at the least, as well as being the strongest brick on the field.

Plus he can do gravity.
