A bad compliment

Totally color blind but I can see more than just shapes.
Okay perfect vision is 20/20. I have 20/200 which means what a normal person can see 200ft away, I need to be 20ft away before I can tell anythings there.

It wasn't a good compliment. a) you called him fat and b) you implied that he's still not fast for a "normal" person.

So you basically said he's slow or average and fat. Does that sound like a compliment to you, really?
