What is your favourite pre title sequence?

What is everyone’s favourite PTS?

I have always been fond of the graveyard scene from FYEO and I also like sense of revenge in DAF.

My favorite would probably have to be TWINE(ironically). It has a good bank scene and proceeds to have the best boat chase in the series.

Other standouts include QoS, TSWLM, MR, OP, TB, GF, and CR.

I like, For Your Eyes Only, On Her Majesty's Secret Service, GoldenEye, The Spy Who Loved Me and The Living Daylights.

TLD is good as well. As are GE and FYEO.

Mine would be TSWLM,MR,YOLT,AND YEAH FYEO.You Only Live Twice totally sets the tone for the movie making you wonder is Bond really dead,how could he not be,they just shot him? and like you said,the graveyard scene in FYEO is touching and then the helicopter scene comes up and that it just too awesome.I love that helicopter scene.It totally sets the tone for the movie as well.thats why its one of my favorite Bond films.

I think YOLT is one of the lower ones. FRWL is classic suspense though.

almost forgot about TMWTGG.Love the beginning shootout of that thug with Christopher Lee and then they show him shooting Moores statue dummy.off topic-that was cool in that movie when Moore as Bond pretended to be that wax dummy but fooled Scaramanga and was the REAL Bond.

yeah now that you mention it I guess I would subtract that one and add TMWTGG and FRWL to it because yeah that kinda had you wondering about Bond the first time you saw it. Huh,James Bond dead,cant be? more suspensful than YOLT which is why I have TMWTGG in there as well is that it was pretty suspensful as well the first time seeing it I remember.Both of them were the first time seeing them I thought.

The PTS for YOLT kinda sucked. Perhaps the very worst in the series.

I would agree with you that YOLT is not one of the best. I cannot help thinking that they could have made it so much more better.

My favourites are both from the Dalton films. I think they are both great.

For nostalgia I like FYEO. I think it is a nice nod to Bond's history.
For tongue in cheek I like OHMSS.
For pure action I like TWINE.
