Alright here is the Challenge; you must adhere to a the “Laws of Equivalent Exchange.” Meaning, if someone presents a Herald Feat. Then one must reply with a Magical feat of “equal or greater value”.

Herald Class/Tier 3 is the limit.
Comic, and Manga is allowed.
Pri-Crisis Feats are banned.
