As for Cyclops son, Thanos is hardcore when it comes to resist matter manipulation, and has a feat like no one other when it comes to TP: the mother****er, even if he got his ass kicked at the end, did without trouble what old Chuck Xavier haven't been able too without almost killing himself in the process: going in communication with telepathy with Galactus and almost mind rape him. I don't think that Nate can come up with something like this.
On the other side, current Nate got his ass handed by Ares.

If Nate could empower Hulk with somekind of psi armor they could take the majority.....Imo.

As for the fight Thanos should take it .uif he is smart about it.
