if odin can still use his magics while animating the destroyer then he shuts juggernaut down...
if its just the destroyer being animated by odin with just the destroyers abilities, then its a stalemate with a nod to juggernaut in terms of man handling.
although we've never seen how the destroyer stands up to reality shattering punchs.
