I have no idea. All I know is that he was born feminine-looking and used it to his advantage to gain popularity at his school. He didn't date any guys btw, he just wanted attention and yes, the guys don't know that she is actually a he and the only characters who know Jun's secret are the main characters and some minor support characters.
