Lex Luthor and Kingpin form a partnership to take out there enemies and hire Deathstroke, Bane and Bullseye as there assassins.
Because of Lex Luthor & Kingpin Bane doesnt need his venom pump he can now control it mentally, is stronger and has adamantium armor.
