I doubt Hulk get's ignored. World War Hulk was seemingly flying or at least hovering near the end with his battle with Sentry.

A nods back to Lee's days when Hulk had a form of flight. He could change direction in mid air and everything. He use to zoom around, arms tucked to the side etc.
