I can hear the conversation now:

Blonde: "OK pal, who's the snitch?"

Joker: "Why so serious?"

Blonde: "WTF are you laffin at?"

Joker: "You remind me of my father."

Joker: "Wanna see a magic trick?"

Joker breaks free, takes Blonde's gun, jams it up Blonde's ass, and empties it. Joker dances and laughs.
