Darkseekers vs Martian Ghosts

The Darkseekers from Will Smith's "I am Legend"

The ghost-possessed miners from "John's Carpenter's Ghosts of Mars."

Both are relentlessly vicious. The Darkseekers seem stronger and faster but can't survive sunlight. The miners also use weapons; and when one is killed, the Martian ghost is released to possess the next guy.

Fight is on Mars, ghost turf, but the sunlight is weaker so the Darkseekers aren't as affected. Equal numbers for both.

Who wins?

I haven't seen 'Ghost of Mars' in such a long time, the only thing i remember is heads on spikes. If there is any sun at all, this is spite.

IIRC, the Darkseekers could handle limited ambient sunlight. It was the direct stuff that fried them.
