spartan is a wildstorm charter who got upgraded to version 3.0

void is nothing like marvel's void
and I think superman wins this

Void amped Spartan's power to Majestic-levels, and gave him teleportation.

This Spartan and Majestros were pretty close matches, though as he also brought backup in the form of lesser Spartan bodies Majestic ended up doing most of the retreating and didn't fight to the finish.
