Also, Ego lost to Galactus once, but on another occasion Ego fought him and won. Ego does not have a consistent power level, but in general seems well above skyfather. I put him near a celestial in power.

It was a stalemate the second time. Galactus only retreated because he knew the universe would have been destroyed and that they were evenly matched.
