Neither of these opinions are fact nor in any way supported by any evidence.

i think it is highly probable that they exist but i cannot prove that to be true nor can i prove it to be untrue.

my personal opinion is it is possible nor would i be surprise if we found out they did exist.

You can prove that aliens exist. The idea of aliens is just a point of view. From our point of view, someone living on another planet somewhere else in the universe would be an alien. However, from their point of view, we would be the aliens. We cannot prove if there is more then one group of aliens in the universe, but it is a fact that we (aliens natural to this planet) do exist.

You can make the same argument that aliens exist because foreigners are called the term exists to describe foreigners, is a gross misinterpretation of what is discussed though, and very silly.

And I have experience sleep paralysis too. Mine was not aliens, but shows and sounds. It seems very real, but it is not.
