whats this error about ?

i keep getting this error every few mintutes when im on the internet. no matter what site im on as long as im web browsing this pops up ever 4 or 5 mins.

how do i remove the error and what is causing it ?

if i were you, i'd run a spyware scan. then make sure you have only one firewall running.

do you have any other programs running while its happening?

Reinstall your anti-virus program. It happens when you perform Microsfot update. Remove antivirus from add/remove programs. Go to antivirus web site and download latest antivirus and install.
