because he's actually shown the ability to evolve on panel. like when he closed up his ears to protect himself from sonics.

yes.. but that doesnt translate to have a specific power here on the forum to win.

bone growth isnt going to help him..

He evolved poison potent enough to hurt supes not just bones.

I don't buy that HPDD evolves perfectly on the fly if that would be the case he would have evolved k-nite radiation or red sunlight emssion instead of the poison.
