Do any of ya'll have Skype or Google Voice? If so we could use it as a voice chat line for the game that's independent of it. I have both on my HTC Evo.

I know Jalek and myself are villains on the PS3 PVP server. Having a 3rd teammate would be dope. If we could get at least 4-5+ we could become a force in there. It certainly makes the missions more manageable for when some higher level hero players decide to camp out at the mission locations and pick villains off while we're fighting NPCs and doing objectives. Now that I'm a lil more powerful I actually fly around looking for heroes players that are attacking villains and help fight them off/kill them.

I'm a flying tech and Jalek is I believe a fire based ma speedster or something like that.

Cool. I had a tech character in mind but maybe I'll think up something different instead.

does anyone know how i can start the green lantern missions?

I think the Lantern mission chain starts at about level 20, with that "the rings are not working, help the green lanterns" mission.

i hope we get a Lantern mentor soon too.

I can get either one

Ok, cool. I think Skype may be our best bet, actually. Easier for large group conference calls.

Blight, when you get a chance add my PSN accounts (see below my sig). All of my characters will be on the PVP server. I have a hero character but I never use him. Focused on building up my two villains. You too Parm (if you decide to play and make a villain).

My BF clan has TS. I am trying to see if we can use a empty room we can chat in for DCUO.

TS is the best for chatting while gaming on PC.

Added all three. My Playstation is 75% complete with all the shit it needs to install since the last time I played it. I suspect it will be a while.

ooh ok well thank you!

Id love that but from what i read is DC said they didn't want everyone running around being able to be a real green lantern so you can only become a reservist but id love to have a GL mentor!

Id also love to have an underwater/aquaman DLC pack!

If you mess up your traits you can reset them in the watch tower.

I thought it says here you can have light powers from the beginning.

http://dcuniverseonline.wikia.com/wiki/Light

Specializing in Crowd Control abilities, Light is a Power Set that is available through the download of the "Fight for the Light" DLC, that was released summer 2011. Heroes can wield the green power of Will, while villains use the yellow power of Fear. Light is the game's seventh power. Players may choose to respec any level 30 characters they have with Light, or start a brand new character from scratch.

you do get light powers from scratch but there are special alert missions included in the dlc pack where you fight Atrocitus and sinestro so on and so forth.

I'm setting up a PC account right now.

edit: And I'll be deleting Champions. No one from here is playing that anymore.

Just played with Illadelph. ****in' rad!

Yeah, that was dope. Skype worked really well for our voice chat line as well. Definitely need to do this again man. With a bigger group it's gonna be sick. Too bad Jalek wasn't on line as well.

Any other players on PS3 that want to team up add my accounts and get Skype for voice chat:

Skype:
illadelph12

PSN:
Illadelph12Prime
Thug_Flintstone
Haksaw_Jim_Thugn
Swaggy_Rubble

Yeah we need a league to take out the cheap shotters...

Skype:
Thy_blight

PSN:
TheMezziah

Someone took Blairwind as a freaking station name. The hell are people doing with my name?! 😠

We found an illadelph.

Seriously, when delph and I were trying to find one another I ran up on a dude named Illadelph and started talking to him like I knew him...

I pretty much raped Arkillo (but hadn't taken on the mission so didn't get the achievement), then got raped by the Manhunter. Damn he's OP when you're solo.

I hear you get to meet Aquaman if Diana is your mentor, but I haven't played it just yet (i'll be wiping my Aquaman to start again).

But yes, i want a trident, underwater levels, and the ability to summon sea-life.

Really? I feel like I beat him at a pretty low level.

Im level 9 but I have yet to spend most of my skill/power points because I am undecided. I want to pick the right choices to make a decent char. I'm not looking to lvl up 2-3 chars. DCU is more of a hobby to me because I spend more time on shooters and stuff. Then I learned about the option to reset your skills.
