BB doesn't have a good powerset to bet flash.Then again neither do a lot.

But I do see one way.Black bolt can create a forcefield with a wave of his hand.Flash runs into it then BB whispers disposing of flash.

If he did run into the force field he would still rebound at super speed faster than BB can speak
