Nova could win but he'd be near beaten himself after the fight, J'onn is a beast. Then again TP might tip this fight towards MM's favor. J'onn could literally make Nova believe that he was a rock or that a rock was him, as he swooped in for the curb stomp. I'm going with MM for a slight win.
