She has some telepathy powers but they're more like mind-stunning and occasionally illusions.
If Elektra tries to go strait physical, she loses 10/10 (simply gets blasted back by air and doesn't get close), if she uses her mental powers she has a chance.

No idea. It's probably just speculation on the part of whoever it is that wrote the article.
I think Temari has better travel speed too- jumping around hundreds of feet at a time is common travel for Naruto nin, making getting her into HtH difficult, which suits Temari just fine.
And heck, most of our combat data on her was from her genin days (or maybe chunin if she got promoted upon her return). She's a Jonin now, most likely Temari's even more powerful.

I thought it was a mind-switch? Well, her powers are definitely wider than I thought, but considering the target both has a strong will and is trained to throw off mental attacks, I still don't think it's necessarily a win.
The thing is while she has these powers without a doubt, I've never seen her perform a mind-swap against someone stronger than a SHIELD agent (and I checked through her respect threads to see if they had any). I've never seen her fail with the powers, but she mostly uses mindswap on the like on targets like that.
Elektra does use telepathy and the like when fighting people like Wolverine, but the major powers less so.

Elektra does have telepathy, but I haven't seen her use it on anyone stronger than SHEILD agents, street thugs, etc.
As for Temari, I think she can win depending on how she uses her giant fan and manages to keep her distance from Elektra.
