i dont think herc would win. hulk still has the ability to amp afaik and unlike herc he has an one of the most IMBA healing factors. hes gonna be almost impossible to put down and all the time hes just gonna be getting even more pissed than he already is. wwhulk wins via outlasting herc whos gonna just keep getting more and more injured until he cant fight or gets bfr'd. (remember unlike WM herc wwh has his wits about him)

Honestly though, wouldnt the Hulk just get even more pissed off? Its hard for any brick to beat Hulk due to that stipulation.

exactly, theres no way herc is gonna put him down fast enough (assuming he is above him) before hulk surpasses him or just bfrs

Hulk can't get pissed if he's getting dazed. Look at the blow Thing gave with all his might. Herc is more than 100x stronger than Thing. A 10x Herc will knock WWH out in a few blows, if not 1. Fact!
