I know it's not the best logic, but they are both ridiculously powerful characters, and Mxy is the only common denominator between them. That's why I used his effectiveness on each of them as my benchmark.

From what's been displayed on panel, the 4th (referring to the Monitors' plane of actuality, not the New Gods'😉 and 5th dimensions contain the most powerful beings. By far.
