Indeed; most cosplayers do not actually resemble the characters they cosplay as. I certainly don't have short grey hair, or long pink hair, or green skin with black tattoos on my face and hands, nor am I Asian with a tattoo on my arm...hasn't exactly stopped me from cosplaying characters that have those traits though. There's only a couple of costumes I've done where I didn't have to wear a wig or heavy makeup or both.

(And yes, those are all characters I've cosplayed - Songstress Paine from Final Fantasy X-2, Rabi~en~Rose from Di Gi Charat, Barriss Offee from Star Wars PT, Faith from Mirror's Edge...and that's not even half of the costumes I've done 😛)

That's nothing! Like I said, that's maybe...half of the costumes I've done (I've also done a moogle from FF, Lenne from FFX-2, Raine from FFVIII, Malon from Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Andromeda Tonks from the Harry Potter books, Sailorjupiter, I have a set of generic Jedi robes I made for the ROTS premiere...not to mention the half-dozen costumes I've made for my sister). I've been cosplaying since about 2003, though I haven't done much for the past few years. And unfortunately I don't have any pictures of Faith, really, since it was a last-minute costume tossed together on Halloween because I realized I didn't have a costume for the party that night and saw my strategy guide on my desk 😂

I'll take it...though he looks like a short guy.

I think you could pull off Bullseye cause you're at least a good shot with a rifle/pistol and most of the face is covered so it doesn't really matter what you face looks like.
