They stalemated to a double knock out and the heat revived Bill first for a few moments. He then collapsed soon afterward. Bill's statements a long with the conversation with Odin suggest to me that Thor would have had the edge in a neutral environment.

Blue Marvel and Sentry are equals more or less. Thor treated the Sentry like a toy. Hence, Thor > Blue Marvel.

That is a fairly "truthish" version of the events. Albeit with some minor liberties.

Blue Marvel beat a villain (NegativeMan?) who pounded the combined Avengers.

And losing to post WWH Sentry is not a feat to lower him.

I reckon Blue Marvel should win this.
