Anyone read History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi?

eh, it actually revealed her name quite a few chapters ago. you probably didn't notice or forgot because she isn't exactly standing out in a badass way.

in fact, to those of you who read or know of TV Tropes, I think it can be agreed that Mildred is the butt monkey of the Hachiou group... well, at least she's easy on the eyes. to me, at least.

And I find it funny how horribly the cotchy-fanservice was this chapter. It's too blatant to be anything but funny.

yeah, I agree with the both of you. then again, several other grand master level martial artists were struck faster than they can react by Kensei as well, so I suppose we can't say Mildred sucks completely... just yet anyway. then again, I could simply be giving her quite the benefit of the doubt...

wow, compared to previous chapters, the fanservice has lessened! and fighting was actually shown! looking good do so far...

I noticed that, too. Fanservice is on the low, these days.

not that we should complain; it's nice to finally have some action without a constant focus on one of the female character's bodies.

At least the Yami masters picked up on the fact that Kensei Ma is the bane to female masters...excluding Master Boobies of course. I also noticed that the fanservice was toned do but...dat ass.

Well not that the masters have been separated, I hope that Apachai doesn't end up with another hole in his stomach.

Well considering Master Boobies' skill level, she doesn't have to worry about Kensei that much anyway.

booty, booty, booty, booty rocking everywhere 😄. But on a serious note the disciple fight might be the highlight of this arc if for anything else we should get to see Kenichi fight that dude with two master(shoot I forgot his name)

you mean Kajima? yeah, that would be pretty awesome. always wanted to see just how exactly Kajima would fight.

wow, so the fight between two disciple groups starts. kinda worried about Ukita in this fight; he never does well in any fight he's been in.

and damn, it's really not just my imagination, but it seems like the more prominent members of the Hachiou group suck. Mildred got pwned in the span of several pages a few chapters ago and this Michael guy just keeps on getting hit or not having his attacks actually connecting... and the rest of them are just stuck trying to land a hit on the katsujinken people. only person that seems to do well with a weapon is that Raigou guy.

and Kajima... can't tell if this is part of some kind of trap and he's just lying or if he actually does want to help them...

So far these master weapon users are lacking. Michael in particular has only proven the ability to take a hit. I mean I figured that a scythe would be impractical in a fight but this is ridiculous. Which reminds me I wonder if Mildred's apprentice sucks as much a she does.

Not sure what Kajima's doing but I hope it results in Kenichi getting a decent fight.

they are seriously lacking. the only one worth mentioning is Raigou like I said in my last post. Michael's only stand out feature is taking a hit, but even then that's due to his coat and the armor he has on under that. and so far, Mildred's disciple shot an army guy before any of the disciple could do anything about it... though they were caught off guard. guess we'll find out next chapter.

I hope so too. also want to see Kajima fight so we can see just where he stands on the disciple tier list.
