Ghost Rider vs Ghost Busters

reports have bn coming about a "ghost Rider" (air quotes) from a certain part of town.

the ghost busters have bn called in by the mayor of NYC to capture it since last attempt the city police sh#$ their pants.

the team arrives in Johnny blazes neighborhood as the team get out of their vehicle and start scanning for residual energy.

they follow the E.M. reader to johnny blazes warehouse style garage apartment.

knock, knock... johnny opens the door...

johnny: yes..

Peter: umm.. Hi.. my name is Dr. peter venkman...maybe you heard of me?

JB: no..

Raymond: wowzers!! Peter?

Peter: not now i;m talking....

Egon: you better listen... this guy is off the charts..

Winston: i think you better come with us, sir.

JB: i'm not goin anywere....

Peter: tell me sir have you bn sleeping with any disembodied or possess female spirits? i hate when that happens..

smashes through door and knocks everyone off their feet...

GR runs to his garage and transforms his bike but b4 he can get on it the team blast it and ghost rider jumps off and starts to run behind his bikes and burns down the wall with the help of the teams bad aim..

Team we have to catch him!! or the mayor will lock us up...

Blaze just turns human and shoots them with his sawn-off.

Ghost Rider is RUNNING from the busters?

GR scorches them with Hellfire and rides away on his hog.

Pretty sure they could take Blaze.

They could always hold Eva Longoria hostage and hope that the Spirit of Vengeance is soft enough to care about her safety.

True enough...but Blackheart was a powerful demon with the souls of 10,000 people who were just as evil as he was.

The Busters are 4 goofy, middle aged guys who like to cosplay and tinker in quantum ectoplasmic mechanics....Plus they've got a nifty theme song.

Now wait a minute...I can't remember, but wasn't it in the GR comics that it was established that there is a God with Archangels that are more powerful than the demons of darkness, including Mephisto? It's all becoming a blur in my head. 😐

Yeah, in Marvel Comics, the One Above All is essentially God.

On top of that, there are archangels such as Gabriel....but he got killed in Dead of Night.

But yes, Mephisto is just a lord who has his own section of Hell, he isn't the most powerful demonic being or anything.

It would be funny if Ghost Rider ended up being deposited into the containment unit..lol.

You forget...Ghost Rider can turn back into Billy Blaze, which would make the containment unit worthless.

Plus he has a shotgun, that he can shot them with.

which is why i give "johnny blaze" 4 wins on his own...

and turning human will still get him ripped apart by a particle beam..facepalm

A fewthings I just thought about.

1. Ghost Rider isn't a Ghost...he's a spirit of vengeance powerful enough to destroy one of the most powerful demons in hell. Mephisto couldn't even touch Blackheart.

2. He had Mephisto pissed and scared....you have to be sufficiently powerful to do either.

3. The Ghostbusters would never use their devices on a human, Bill Murray ripping a human apart with a particle beam, come on!!!

In all seriousness though, he kills them in the first few seconds of the match. Hellfire Shotgun, Hellfire Chain, and fireballs.

its a contractual obligation which is why mephisto didnt outright take away the curse off of johnny..

mephisto is a manipulator the story was that mephisto sends others to do his work plus its an innuendo is he is limited in his actions from the one above..

none of this takes away from mephisto nor adds to johnny...

the ghost busters also fought ancient god/demons..

so unless your argument is the GB team wont hurt GR due to cis which is still highly debatable i dont think there is much else to add to it and reaching at straws
