Jeannette appears to be immortal, having lived without aging for centuries and endured great physical trauma without any long-term harm. She has also shown to be stronger and faster than a human being. Transforming into her banshee form, the scream she released causes those who hear it to experience all the horrors of her traumatic death at the clumsy axe of an executioner.

Or rather, she *is* a Banshee, and she can go into 'banshee mode' that lets her supernatural scream cause anyone who hears it to experience Jeannette's death by beheading (multiple ax blows).
Jeannette's pretty tough and durable to begin with, Black Cat's more agile, but the scream's a sure win.
