Lift him up. That was easy.
And thats going to somehow stop his fist from punching through their heads how?
Though he can't fly. 😐
Wow really lol? I always thought it was more of a Dragonball or Bleach type anime rather than a legitimately great piece of storytelling. Does the anime not capture that at all, because I generally don't read manga unless there isn't an anime adaptation or in the case of animes like Akira where the adaptation is only a movie and doesn't cover anywhere near the amount of content that the anime does. But yeah, might decide to look into it...
Its kind of like Bleach and Dragonball done to an absurdly high-level of win. Yeah, they do journey, fight bad guys, get power ups etc, but its waaaaay more than that. Its hard to describe what makes it so good without overusing the words 'awesome' and 'epic', so I'll just recomend you just try it for yourself. Oh and its got like 500+ chapters/200+ episodes so try not to overload your eyes. And its all right to cry manly tears at the end of the Whitebeard arc.
Also shouldn't Luffy's sheer speed and strength be able to counter the force of conventional telekinesis going by her feats?
Yes, plus, being elastic he could stretch and pull himself out of any hold anyway.
And yes, One Piece is my crack.
