My health related questions to vampires.

You (a vampire) are about to suck blood from a victim who is diabetic and having hyperglycemic episode. Does their blood taste sweeter than those who are non diabetics? Are you (vampire) more likely to target people who are hyperglycemic?

What about those who have HIV/AIDS. If you (a vampire) suck blood from an infected HIV/AIDS victim. Does it turn an immortal vampire into mortal? (having maximum of 10 years to live after being infected without treatment) Do you become a vector after biting an infected street hooker who is walking at night?

The taste question is debatable.

Vampires are immune to human diseases, the second question is stupid.

i mean some vampire get upgraded when they drink other types of supernatural or genetic altered blood..

why would they be immune?

He did say human diseases. Not Vampire diseases. And the upgrading from drinking blood thing is usually temporary. Except for Underworld. But as i said. Those arent human problems.
