Doctor Doom (with the power of Valiant Solar) vs Thanos (with various assortments)

Thanos can get:
1. A Cosmic Cube
2. Current Molecule Man + Doctor Manhattan's Powers
3. Firestorm + Silver Surfer's powers
4. Korvac's powers
5. OdinForce Thor w/ Godblast's powers

Along with these power's, Thanos (and Doom), have complete mastery, control, and understanding of their powers

Who would win?
