Cole Mcgrath vs Pikachu

Got this from Factpile. The fight takes place Imperial city. Cole is maxed out.

1. wild pikachu
2. trained pikachu

I...have no idea.

Both of them absorb electricity though Cole is better at it. Pikachu is way faster, but that didn't seem to matter when it came to Kessler, but Kessler also didn't use many attacks that weren't electrical.

Apparently last time I settled on Pikachu by way of speed and physical attacks.
