They don't even get to tough him. He kills them with tentacle swipes or goo bullets as they aproach. Not to mention his precog, webbing, invisibility etc.

making sym bullets or webbing with the sym stretches and taxes the sym since it requires mass to make them.

Spiderman takes this, to fast for the bears, giving him symbiote makes it to easy imo... he could just make web walls surrounding himself and kill ones against the webbing with tentacles/bullets. A battle of numbers like this doesn't really change much, since no more than 10 or so can engage him at once. Its more a test of endurance which he should be able to handle.

Especially with the symbiote which has shown to be pretty much immune to high level ballistics, he has webbing and everything as well, it's a stomp.

grizzly bears are surprisingly hard to take down, especially when they are enraged.
