Any you have in mind? I know he created a suit that drew on the power of the universe. Pretty uber.

Lex wins with a piece of string, a can of opened Spam, and some lint.

Sivana did put the wizard Shazam to sleep, and gave himself Captain Marvels powers, then single handedly beat both Supermen.

Lex has the feats to win a share, but I think Sivana trumps him overall..

Wasn't suspendium transferred to Post-Crisis continuity and used in 52?

They were pretty much even in terms of WTF prep feats and inventions, I'll give it to Lex though out of personal preference.

That was Post-Crisis, though
