Vril Dox will stomp Batman in preparation are allowed. He is one of sneakiest individuals so far in DC universe that intrigues me.

Seem that his last resort is calling Lobo to WTF pwn anyone who gets in his way (actual feat happening REBEL #19 - 20).

It's a joke. Batman never really defeated him. It was a Lobo/Batman special last year, I think.

would it make a difference anyways at that point? either level would be vastly more advanced than batman's capability
