Can an ISD be said to have weapons that powerful?
They didn't really show anything that impressive weaponry wise in the movies? (and no I am not counting those in the prequels)
And Wraith ships have been shown to take out shisp with Prementioned A races shields,which are reported to be quite good.
And I am including the use of the fighters of all ships in the equations of this too.
And according to the info I read on Basestars,
they were rated as a much better warship then a battlestar.
Other then the cyclons being kinda stupid at times.
WHat factor would that play?
Imperial Star Destroyer wins. It´s too big and has too many offensive options for a Wraith Hive ship to stand a chance, and the Cylon basestar is too limited in manouverbility and weaponry.
And if there´s some Sith lord on board, then it really is over.
Throw a Bablyon 5 Shadow ship in there, smaller ok but it would demolish all three before they knew what was comming.

Not really, the highest firepower calced for a Shadow Battlecrab would hardly even register against an ISD's shields.
