Hulk is vulnerable to adamantium and Vibranium weapons. I'd say without them he stands a better chance and even then Hulk would need his rage meter to be over the top without the mental barriers shutting him down at a certain point. Thanos with power gem just might oneshot a powering up Hulk it would depend on the comic book physics being used at the time. However if Hulk's strength is peaked there is no force in the universe that can outpower him physically including beings like Thor just because Hulk's strength is relative to his anger and because anger is a concept which can increase just about infinitely so too can Hulk's strength, durability and HF.
I still say a straight fist fight between the 2 depends on Hulks rage bar. It's been stated time and time again that his strength is dependent on his anger and because anger is an abstract it can technically be infinite. It comes down to how angry Hulk is coming into the fight and whether or not Thanos puts him down early enough to make sure he doesn't get pissed enough. If this were an all out I would hand it to Thanos but because this is a pure fist fight Hulk has the advantage because in a straight fist fight he is liable to get angry enough to out punch Thanos and his durability and regen depend on his rage too so if this fight goes on for more than a few minutes and Hulk doesn't get blitzed I'd hand it to Hulk. Hands down.

Not to derail any of the valid points that you made or anything, but what feats do either possess to mount such a claim? I mean really think about it, at his most powerful, and soley on a physical destruction level WW Hulk has more feats to claim that he is stronger than a billion billion beings. It is in my deepest opinion that while destroying a planet is extraordinary, it would be harder to stop a planet from exploding by matching and exceeding the explosion due to sheer muscle; the Hulk actually managed to overpower the explosion, and then pulled it together by shifting tectonic plates until it all locked back in place. This is a feat that Mangog has yet to beat. PC anything trumps all, Validus of today would be crushed by WW Hulk.

I wasn't commenting on the power of said Thanosi in relation to Thanos himself, I was simply noting the huge increase in power Hulk gained upon donning the psi-armor.
