OR he can simply tear him apart Wonderman style.

Wasn't able to do that in Annihilation: Conquest. Heck, several days (maybe even weeks)when the damned techno-organic had Rider completely infected, the WM wasn't taken over by Ultron. Even when Nova was pretty damned close when Warlock (the technarch one) expunged him from Warlock (the Adam one), Ultron opted to take over Jocasta (a pretty impressive technopath herself).

Don't really see that happening....

btw Ultron took over the droid/borg from the negative zone not Jocasta. if he could hack WM he would have done that from the get go but he obviously cant.

The Phalanx.....yes, they were looking for a leader like Ultron.

Nova gravitates him into the ground and takes the high ground.

I don't know after that.
