18,000 ninjas slain... he had help though.

Whoops, I checked and actually it was "only" 1,800 😮

One brutal kill for Wolverine is when he's fighting that huge werewolf. Every time it howled it drove him crazy, he fights it only to find a baby boy was inside the creature causing all the problems. Thought he was gonna help the kid, but he just stabs him in the head. Can't remember the issue, but i'll try to find pics.

Wolverine Annual: Roar. It's in the respect thread.

Ares hands down
he killed like 6billion people throught his life time

in no order but the top
bullseye
joker
punisher

We know what Ares did...he's talking about most shown kills and gruesome kills.

Monarch killed a whole universe or something...I think he killed multiple ones.

Evil Invincibles killed a few million people in a matter of hours.

Can we use non marvel/DC comics?Because I read this comic called crossed...most graphic violent comic ever.Much much worse then ares being ripped in half.

Yeah, it's not confined to Marvel & DC. It's the whole medium. So long as it's from a comic and scans can be provided it's fairplay, regardless of the company that made it.

Monarch should go here too IMO:

Kills/absorbs 51 Captain Atoms.

Nukes a city while fighting SMP.

Levels the universe.

Nukes a city again.

To add to this:

Blows up a country.

galactus ftw dude killed whole planets

Thanos killed half a universe, and later destroyed a universe as well with most of the abstracts.

On panel. Thanos wins.

Reed Richards killed (technically) the entire Multiverse on-panel with the UN.

Correct.

Malicious intent is a requisite.

Think more along the lines of Hank Henshaw blowing up Coast City. Things in that vein.

Galactus or Anti-Monitor type instances aren't what I'm looking for.

Stupid face.

Thanos got mad and killed everyone.

I guess actually reading it would help.

I wasn't seriously suggesting Reed Richards was the Top Killer, just answering one inappropriate suggestion with another.

It's not that. It's that the Anti-Monitor is to high end. In COIE he consumed numerous inhabited universes into himself via the anti matter wave. That's not what I'm looking for.

I am looking for which character has the most murders, and most brutal murders, on panel, with scans.

I guess to help narrow things down, character must be <Thanos. Using characters like Anti-Monitor or Galactus defeats the purpose of the thread.

I'm pretty sure this thread is limited to Heralds and below.

In that case anyone ever read crossed?I only skimmed through it and one of the lower kills in brutality was chopping a girls head off then having her disembodied head suck his dick...

This thread is a bit of a change of pace (and likely uncharacteristically morbid on my part).

Which character has the top body count (i.e., number of kills actually shown, not simply stated, on panel) in their career?

Also, who has the best, most graphic, most brutal on panel kill?

[Please respond with nominations, explanations, and scans of the kills]

Discuss.

i have to mention this: captain america #319 "bar with no name incident"

scourge killed the villains:

Jaguar, Mirage, Hellrazor, Shellshock, Bird-Man II, Cyclone, The Ringer, Turner D. Century, The Grappler, The Cheetah, The Vamp, Commander Kraken, Letha, Steeplejack II, Mind-Wave, Rapier, Firebrand, and Hijacker by gunning them down all at the same time.

not doing obituaries for them ❌

scourge also killed a lot more villains graphically. he shot this one guy in the face with an exploding bullet

He said think along the lines of Henshaw blowing of a city, you brought up the IG. Try taking your own advice.

TBH, I really don't care, otherwise I would have read the page before I posted, and then read that far after I posted.

Either way, Black Adam.

Thanos wins this contest handsdown with Marvel: The End.

But I still call it: On meta and lower, Wolverine is the first killer

Ya, malicious intent.

Reading comics?

I think in cases of Universal annihilation the act is more akin to sterilizing the contents of a Pietri dish than it is to committing murder.
