Doctor Spectrum vs Jack of Hearts

I always liked Jack while Dr S seemed to me a s a poor mans Green Lantern.

However he should be powerful and versatile enough to beat Jack IMO

C'mon man I'm just teasing him. I like Bently and thats one of the reasons why I like him. He knows oldschool Marvel characters that other people don't know and I kinda like.
