Not sure what you can do in 30 sec sundip.... But with no weakness

I give Surfer 6/10 against Superman in a regular fight.

Surfer should still be faster, more durable, far more versatile, more capable of amping and still capable of pulling Superman onto the astral plane to destroy him.
