I can't find the scan, but there is an instance where Superboy was in the car with Lana..and from the moment she blinked to the moment she lifted her eyelids again...Superboy had left the car...travelled far off into space...collected many different worlds...and relocated them to far off corners of the universe...and returned to the car before Lana even noticed him missing.
Having looked at the super-sneeze scan I can definitely say that PC Superman is the fastest non-Abstract character in comics. In the time it took for him to sneeze he flew to another Universe. 🤪
I don't know how to quantify that or how that even makes sense but it definitely blows Surfer's "500,000 LY in a few seconds" feat out of the water.

Hell, once he was flying so fast he kept breaking barriers, until The Spectre finally had to stop him from breaking the "final barrier".
Basically, he almost crashed into God.
