PM is DC's TOAA for all intents and purposes. G and the hunger are microbes to him.

Why would the Primal Monitor give a rats ass if The Hunger devoured one reality? Unless of course the Primal Monitor was only in one reality, which would make him less than Omniversal. Seriously though, LT wouldn't care if one reality collapsed, it would be beneath him, and he would likely view it as natural selection.

Yeah, I dont think PM really belongs here. I'd say someone like Anti-Monitor or Mandrakk would stomp his ass though.

Actually he would care. Replacing Eternity and destroying Eternity (which is what devouring a Universe amounts to) are two different things.
