Or, y'know, let me and my crew just totally conquer it.
Despite the whole Pokemon-esque back and forth that was Balan and Dominique, there was some key points that decided the battle for me. Balan in both power and battle tactics, in how he would attack where as Dominique was charge, charge, charge. The posts as Domique were all very unoriginal and focused a lot of ‘if I had some full power” then he throws a beam, and he throws another beam. So Balan definitely won the points creativity and making the fight interesting.
Another huge issue was that quite frankly, Dominique’s final form. It wasn’t in the bio at all, and it seemed like he would have lost right then and there without it. All it looked like to me was pulling something out of his ass at the last second to make it so he didn’t lose. If it was a labeled power I’d be ok with it but it wasn’t at all.
Another issue where Dominique lost points in my book was when he god-modded Balan.

Dominique was pummeled by Balans attacks each on hit and each one taking away a little of Dominique's oxygen. Dominique had only minutes left when he seen Balan get higher up in the water. He knew this was his chance Dominique charged power in both hands one yellow the other red. He then combined them together and aimed it upwards towards Balan. This move was not a beam but a blinding light that filled the water. The light was intense blinding and thats what it was meant to do at least for that instant. He quickly used the light to get closer to Balan to try to do damage using his Regelion style. Dominique was able to get behind Balan with the use of his flash both of his fist where charged one with a red glow the other with a yellow. Dominique Jammed Both fists into Balans back twisting his fists counterclockwise and releasing the burning energy stored in both fists to send him downward. This was one of his strongest moves but he didn't know if it would have enough affect on Balan.
In that post, after he did the blinding attack, he swam behind Balan, punched him in the back, twisted his fists in the back, charged them with energy, and fired, sending him downwards with giving him a chance to do anything at all. The entire fight Scenario made sure that it was up to his opponent to post what happened, but right there Regelion wasn’t.
So basically in my judging Balan wins the fight.
