He isnt talking about that instance, he is talking about when they actually got into fist cuffs and was fighting at super speed. The one you are talking about, they was actually teamed up and Jay had to speed steal from black adam to accomplish a mission.
Keeping up with Jay isnt that impressive anyway... his top speed is 2000 mps even though that is still fast but not even CLOSE to barry fast.
