She definitely has shown more skill -she went up against established martial artists- than Thor has. Not sure if I would put her above Thor in raw skill though. Wouldn't make much sense to me. Still, I wouldn't count her feats applicable for Thor. At least, not for an everyday Thor.
But to be fair, she has shown that she at least applies her skills more often in practice, so in that sense, I guess she should be higher up.

Well, he is a hairy little bastard. Though only little when his power is in effect. He actually taller than wolverine otherwise. Not that that's saying much. But it was certainly interesting in the X-Men and Alpha Flight in asgard.
