Wolverine/Spiderman vs Captain America/Batman/Black Panther

No Vibranium suit for BP.

Logan and Parker are perfect together.

Parker avoids then restrains them while Logan goes for vitals.

Does Batman get all his gadgets? Well, his standard load, anyway.

I'd say it's 6/10 team 1.
Cap can tie up spidey for a bit. BP and Batman can take on wolverine if they have enough time and work together well. Even if Wolverine is being put in at a 2 tonner because of his adamantium skeleton reducing his limitations on load bearing Batman's probably got something their that can resist that strength and restrain him. So if Cap can hold spidey long enough for the BP and Batman to restrain wolverine team 2 takes it. But if Wolverine puts panther down early or spidey ties up Cap then team 1 FTW.

BP is capable of one-shotting spiderman with an energy dagger, no easily though.
