IMHO Thor should be 100+ as he (especially if he's pulling out his major abilities) operates at levels (in certain area's) that are beyond that of even high heralds like the Surfer and Hal...

Case in point; what high herald can even come close to what Thor can unleash on an opponent with the Anti-Force or the God Blast? What high herald can even come close to matching Thors strength when he's in full Warriors Madness mode?

If going by average, then the consensus rating (so far at any rate) of 95-98 seems about right for Thor...

But he is capable of pulling out the big guns and amping himself (under his own power) to levels above 100...

Call me crazy but I somewhat agree with this. We can't ignore B&T where he was soloing mid and high heralds. I'd say he was at or damn close to trans.
