FV held back a goddamn galaxy. Beating two Supermen and punching through a fault in reality doesn't compare to being able to punch through time.

Kal wins....he's on par physically and has a numbe rof other exotic powers. Now Guardian amped Prime would be a better match IMO.

Superman 1mil actually punched through to his own time, altering various timelines while doing so.

And this was done when he was running on fumes, virtually dead.
